The
Senate and Congress were allocating $45 million in aid to Armenia, as well as
$2 million for Artsakh for demining and such.
And
last month in July, Four ANCA-backed resolutions were adopted in Congress as well.
But
just two days ago ANCA chairman Raffi Hamparian called on congress to investigate why the Biden
administration is effectively withholding this aid.
